What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning covers all essential areas of your home, including: Kitchens (counters, sink, exterior appliances), Bathrooms (toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors), Dusting all reachable surfaces, Vacuuming & mopping floors, Trash removal Need more detail? What is a Deep / Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning?

Our Deep Cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed scrubbing of buildup areas such as: Baseboards, Detailed bathroom scrubbing, Extra attention to kitchen grime, High-touch areas Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings also include: Inside cabinets & drawers, Inside appliances (if selected), Interior fridge & oven, Empty property detailing Ideal for first-time service or property turnover.

How many cleaners do you send?

Most homes are serviced by one experienced cleaner. For larger homes or deep cleanings, we may assign two to three professionals to complete the job efficiently.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Maids of Luxury professional arrives fully equipped. If you prefer eco-friendly or specific products, just let us know in advance.

Question 6

Do I need a credit or debit card to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We require a card on file to confirm your appointment. For card payments, a hold for the funds is initiated 24 hours before the cleaning, and charges are processed after your cleaning is completed. We also accept Zelle (must be paid upfront).

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We understand plans change. Please contact us 24–48 hours in advance to modify or cancel your appointment. Same-day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. We'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Can you clean if I'm not home?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many of our clients aren't home during service. You can provide: Lockbox code, Door keypad, Concierge access, Spare key instructions Your access information is handled securely.
